Through the active contribution of invited speakers and scientific experts, the Symposium will focus on addressing the realization of closer quadrilateral collaboration in research and implementation of the results in the production. In this 19th ASD edition, we would also like to put the emphasis on the promotion of the new generations of young researchers, scientists and experts and hopefully facilitate their further joint work trough the free workshops organized during the symposium.
The 2011 edition is organized and hosted by The Animal Science Department of Agriculture Faculty, Universtiy of Zagreb.
The ASD Symposium as the annual meeting point for interchange of experiences and achievements of scientist, researchers and stakeholders in animal production, is dating from the year 1993 with the goal of improvement of animal production in the partner countries of Italy, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia. For the third time since the start of quadrilateral collaboration, the 2011 ASD edition is organized by The Department of Animal Science, Faculty of Agronomy, University of Zagreb.
Official language of the symposium is English. Papers must be drafted according to the guidelines for their issue and they will be reviewed for acceptance. Deadline for the submission of the papers is 15th of May 2011.
