• Accommodation form (.pdf 888 KB)

Participation fee deposited before 15^th of July 2011 is €100.
Participation fee deposited between 15^t5 of July and 19^th of September 2011 is €150.
Participation fee includes:

• - symposium materials
• - participations in social events (gala dinner and study excursion)
  - workshop 

Participation fee for accompaning person deposited before 15^th of July 2011 is €75.
Participation fee for accompaning person deposited between 15^th of July and 19^th of September 2011 is €100.
Participation fee for accompaning person includes:

• - participations in all symposium social events (gala dinner and study excursion, coffe brakes...)
